    Apple Pie on a Plate ????

    Short crust Pastry Ingredients  125g/4oz plain flour Pinch of salt 55g/2oz butter, cubed 30-45ml/2-4 tbsp. cold water   4 Eating Apples To the flour and salt, add the butter and crumble between your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add a tablespoon of cold water at a time until the mixture binds together. Form into a ball and handle as little as possible; wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 15 minutes to chill.     Cute Chocolate Marshmallow Treats

    My children love these. I made some today and thought you might like to use this recipe sometime. They are so easy to make and are great for children’s parties. There is no cooking involved as such, just melting chocolate, which is best left to you. Once that part is out of the way,  your children can get stuck in and decorate. It’s a great thing to make because they are vegetarian (obviously use gelatin-free marshmallows), and can be made very quickly.     Quick Chocolate Cake (with sweets)!

    Before I begin, I would like to mention to you that I only cook out of necessity! It is not my favourite thing to do, so over the years I have accumulated numerous recipes that are quick to prepare. This chocolate cake is one of my most gorgeous recipes. I tend to decorate with sweets (as a little treat if you have children) but still tastes great served plain.
