I have had a pretty rough day today. I am suffering from a very bad spell of insomnia at the moment; its lasted about 2 weeks. So, then throughout the day, I feel constantly exhausted. I used to jog about a year ago and I am thinking of taking up some form of exercise, which may do me some good and help me sleep at night. Anyway, I read this quote today on Instagram, which kind of lifted my mood. In addition to the benefits of stabilising my sleep patterns, the exercise will help me get some of my weight off, (feeling a bit on the plump side of late!). But, as I mentioned, I read this quote, took a look down and felt a little bit better……….;)Follow...!
