My First Painting of a Dancer
I spent quite a while on this painting. I really didn’t know where to start with the facial features so I kept them to a minimum (which is apparently what you are supposed to do). I am happy with the shadows I put in around the neck area. I used watercolour neat from the tube for the white highlights on the dress.Â

I like your first painting. I am also a painter so I know that it is difficult to paint. it is nice.

Thank you. I look back at some of my paintings now and see loads of mistakes, but I like to reflect on it and use the flaws as ways to improve
