Berry, chocolate yoghurt
This is a lovely yoghurt I make for taking to work most days. I can’t eat breakfast, but I eat this at 10 am on my break.
It’s simple, healthy and keeps you full until lunchtime.
Ingredients :
0% fat free natural Greek yoghurt, plain granola, flax seeds, chia seeds, frozen mixed berries, Nutella (optional), dark chocolate chips.
Method:
Use a small plastic pot (average yoghurt sized, 115g ) and add 1 teaspoon of granola. Add a layer of yoghurt, filling a 1/3 of the pot, and sprinkle over half a tsp of the chia and flax seeds. Next add half a tsp of Nutella and mix gently if you fancy.
Next add another layer of yoghurt (average 2 tsp), and then add a small amount of defrosted berries and 4 or 5 dark chocolate chips. Keep refrigeratored overnight and eat the following day.
