Too Good to Go/Bargain meals

Facebook0Tweet0Pin0

I came across a really good article the other day talking about this great app you can download called ‘Too Good to Go’. It basically works on the principle of tackling leftover food from restaurants and cafes etc, in the UK. Closing time is generally when eateries throw away food, so the app, once downloaded, gives you the places that sell their leftover food at costs generally between £2 and £4. The app enables you to locate the restaurants in your locality involved in the project, with a time window when you can go and collect. It is available in 9 cities at present with more to follow. Unfortunately, there are none in my area, but if you download the app you may be lucky. I think this is a brilliant idea!
