Road Trip Questions

Ok, so you’re on a long journey and your bored. Or, you’re sitting at home with nothing to do except talk to the dog or your sitting in company with someone who’s boring the tits of you. So what do you do? You go to Pinterest or Google and type in ‘Road Trip Questions’ or similar and answer them so that you can relieve your boredom because you’ve too much time on your hands. I don’t know about you, but I quite like lists of stuff. And then you can ask your mate who’s driving these same questions, (some interesting convos can come out of this, or smacks in the chops (mouth)!!, depending on the mate in question), or, read them to yourself to numb the monotonous slobber of your drinking companion. Anyway, here’s my road trip answers to these random questions.

  1. If you could travel anywhere in the world where would it be?  EygptI have always wanted to visit this country, but the thought of men with guns following me around and protecting me as a tourist really puts me off.
  2. What 3 movies could you not live without? This is a bit of a daft question. I can live without TV full stop and going to the cinema because I’d rather read a good book, but If it was a requirement I would choose, Monty Python’s the Life of Brian, Any Harry Potter film or Lord of the Rings Trilogy.
  3. What would you name your first child? Well, I’ve already named them and I’m not having another because I’m 47, but if I was able to I would have a girl and call her Camille because I’m into anything French at the moment.
  4. What’s the best meal you’ve ever eaten? A Lamb Biryani and Nan bread from my favourite local Indian restaurant  called ‘The Grand Durbar’.
  5. What was your favourite subject at school? Art and PE. I was a very good 100-metre hurdler.

  8. Who inspires you most and why? No individual as such, but a person that has had a vast amount of ‘SLS’ or Shit Life Syndrome, and come out of it with a strong determination, confidence and motivation to better themselves. I am also inspired by truthful, kind and loving people.
  9. If you found £100 in the street what would you do? I’d make sure no one had dropped it and then I’d give it to my kids.
  10. What is your least favourite household chore? This is a no-brainer. The ironing pile on a Sunday evening.
  11. What are you most proud of in your life? My Children.
  12. What are you most scared of? Being hurt by someone I love. To let yourself go is a very brave thing to do when you fall in love. You can be very vulnerable and treated badly because your feelings, if strong, can be manipulated by the wrong person. I am guarded because of it.
  13. When was your first kiss? My best friend as a child called Stuart. I was 8 and he kissed my cheek.
  14. If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be? Pessimism and negativity, oh and indecisiveness. Are the first 2 the same? Actually they’re not, hang on yes they are….
