    It has been 10 whole weeks since I wrote my last blog post, so I do apologise for being off the radar for such a long time. I have had ill-health and various issues, but I am now right as rain, positive and raring to go. This post is kind of following on from the one before in which I reviewed a few gothic stories. One in particular, ‘Dracula’ which was recommended by a good friend. I subsequently read this with relish before we embarked on the 3 day trip to Whitby in Yorkshire.     Cambridge at Christmas

    Two days after Christmas day, I went on a two day break to Cambridge. The weather was coat cold, but not glove cold, so it was tolerable enough to look around for four or five hours per day without feeling uncomfortable. One of my most favourite things to do in life is to visit cities with old buildings; to walk around them, in them and though them, if I’m lucky enough.
